Kawah Putih Dolok Tinggi Raja

This is hidden gem in North Sumatera. Some people said that this crater is a bit similar with pamukkale in Turkey. Unfortunately there is no good management from local government in managing this site. Lots of illegal food stall (with blue tent) and they do not manage the garbage properly :(nAlso during the trip from Medan lots of local organisation asking for money which is illegal.

White crater, hear the hot water, there is a river flowing right below the white crater, it is interesting to visit there even though it's far away, but it's not in vain because the scenery is so beautiful.

Awesome view and worth the journey. But, remember to discuss about the price with the guide. They charge us 30k/car for parking and 35k/person for entry and 35k/person for each destination spot. Try to bargain for a cheaper price since it should be cheaper and we forgot to discuss it before. Don't forget to wear shoes and training pants for little tracking and bring sandals and outfit to change since you will cross the river and you will sweat a lot too since it is so hot.

Many kampung men ask for passing money, parking fee and enterance fee.
