Although there is a queue number, but often the applicant can go directly to the counter, considering there are not too many queues and ready to be served. To submit a request for a change of name on the birth certificate, it is charged Rp. 306,000 (excluding stamp purchases and other requirements) for applicants in the Wiradesa District area and one week later the estimate for the trial schedule.
