bought tickets from loket for the dwp concert paid for shipping. it was supposed to be shipped two to three weeks before the event date so then when I contacted them a week before the event my tickets still weren't shipped said they would refund me my money for shipping service which they charged me $20usd each x 3 tickets. Of which till date I have not received! Even after emailing them countless times they've requested my bank acc etc but still no refund?

They don't care about cleaning, where everyone may enter this place, this place is for ticketing to Malaysia via ferry ship.
