Please guide and evaluate staffing for some male personnel in the front desk / service section. Impressed like a thug. Very unfriendly, snapping, less ethical, less coordinative, and being so rude that I get emotional when I want to pay vehicle tax. Not only to me, but many other taxpayers are treated as such. We are taxpayers, please be served accordingly, we are also an educated person, an employee, and we go to Samsat because we are aware of our obligations as good citizens who obey paying vehicle taxes. Cultivate Smiles, Greetings, Greetings (3S) to every taxpayer who comes. Hopefully Samsat OKU can improve itself in the future so that it can become the best community service place in OKU Regency. thanks.

Taking care of a physical check the vehicle process is fast and not complicated. The service is friendly and there is certainly no extortion
