The open schedule is not ontime, different from the stated schedule, the opening is always late and late

Here it says closed at 15.00, I came at 14:15 the placard on the door still says open but I was kicked out saying it's closed?nEven though there were men in front of me wearing kheki clothes, were they admitted?

An announcement should have been given the opening hours of what time, because the maps are 8 o'clock but it hasn't been open until this time
