The private pool and outdoor shower is good, the villa quite have a complete facility, but not with the room aircon, it didnot work so it was very hot during day, especially when you're traveling with younger kids and baby, they need some aircond maintenance or sort of replacement, we were there on end of december. Also they rice field view were not as we were expecting to have such as a green rice field view, seems they just have finished harvesting.

Nice place to stay! Is quiet, clean and comfy. Breakfast is good for the price!

The villa is situated just off of a rice paddy with a small, private pool that over looks this scenic backdrop. The rooms are spacious and clean and the internet is good! Breakfast also being included and served to your door is another treat that me and my partner enjoyed (we specifically recommend the banana pancakes). Overall, the villa has been a well priced, enjoyable retreat.

The room was quite clean..no hot shower only cold... and very limited breakfast..but the room facing very nice view
