Amazing place. Beds are comfy, villas are clean. Close to the monkey forest. Private pools, daily water and a fruit platter on arrival. Loved this place. It was away from the main resort but a ride is offered to go between the two. Staff are friendly

Quite dirty and not very well maintained. Even more remote than the resort. There were insects inside the rooms. We requested to stay at the resort instead and they accommodated, which was very nice of them. Better off staying at the resort.

Please do not consume their raisins danish for the time being. There is NO answer that The Management of Ubud Wana Villa will address to the matter or inspect the contaminated bread immediately. My son and brother got food poisoning after consuming their breakfast box - raisins danish on 3 February 2019 7am. The breakfast box contained toasts, chocolate croissants, plain croissants, raisins danish, cakes, fruits and hard boiled egg. My son’s condition was much serious than my brother. He was put on drop by local doctor. Nevertheless after reporting the situation, we received an irrelevant reply from Ubud Wana Resort Mr Luh Sukarini Director of Sales and Marketing. They simply push the blame on the Mt Batur Trekking company who did not even provide us any food or breakfast. The trekking travel agents and our private driver were our witnesses.nNever ever we will stay with Ubud Wana Villa or Ubud Wana Resort.nIf any food or hotel establishments cannot be responsible to assure food handling and preparation are safe, I have responsibilities to post this and made this public to ensure no one like my poor son will suffer and tolerate the pain.
