Noisy disrespectful guests. I wouldn’t stay at Puri because they consistently rent to young loud drunk people. Very noisy till late hours in the night. Management will not stop the partying.

Stayed here while traveling Bali with my fiancé and loved it, the staff was amazing, the breakfast was delicious, the room very nice and was cleaned spotless every single day. When I come back to Ubud this will be the only place I stay!

Rooms are nice and clean, but if you don't like bugs I would recommend staying somewhere else. There are huge holes under the doors and no glass in the windows in the washroom, so everything you can possibly think of will spend a night with you.nThey have very nice and helpful staff, awesome big breakfast. However I do not recommend their spa procedures. It's an outside space area, where they put no effort to keep at least the massage tables clean. So you put your face in the hole completely covered by spider net and other bugs. Very overpriced for the quality of the massage we got.

Staff and place is lovely. The area around is also very nice. Room 104 do not recommend, AC doesn't work and mozzies comes in at night, quite often outside is cooler than in the room. Room 111 is great, AC blasts.

Excellent place and worth every penny... There are a lot of insects like geko, frog, and flies in the garden which brings a wild vibe to the place. It's a really great place for families as they have two swimming pools with children area and a dedicated family villa.
