Quick service, clothes were ready within 24hours. Upon collection clothes were neatly folded and smelt fresh. Cost was 15idr per kg.nnReason why I haven't given it 5 stars was because I noticed one of my g strings on someone else's pile of clothes in the shop. I knew they were mine as design of the g-string were very distinctive. Didn't want to take it though just incase but as soon as I arrived back at the hotel, i figured for sure they were mine!nO well looks like someone else can enjoy my old knick naks!ud83dude1d

We stayed in a hotel near by where they would have charged us high prices for doing the laundry. So we brought our laundry at 4pm to Merta Sari Laundry and got it already back at 8 pm the same day. And we got it even delivered to our hotel. The lady was really super kind and friendly. She spoke very good English and the service was just perfect. The clothes were clean, ironed and smelled nice for a very cheap price. We really recommend this laundry service.
