Great laundry service :) you pay 20k per kilo and can pick it up the next day. The laundry was clean, smelled good and was even ironed. I would definite go there again next time. Thank you!

We came here to have a bag of washing done and the owner wrote down one price then changed the number so we were charged at 25k per kilo. When we collected it the underwear and socks were still dirty and had definitely not been washed, and the rest of the clothing was questionable, it definitely hadn't been washed with any detergent, if at all. We also paid to have her fix a strap on a dress and she did a dreadful and messy job of it, didn't both undoing the stitching and instead cut the straps off and messily stitched them back on, ruining the dress. Avoid at all costs as there are plenty of other washing and tailor services a long the road.

Overcharged us as well - as previous customers from reviews, by weight and by price 25000. But it’s not important. The most crazy thing is —- THEY REALLY HAVENT WASHED THE CLOTHES! Just sprayed with incredible amount of conditioner chemo aroma and that’s it. All tshirts, shorts, trousers are dirty. Even simple dust - not washed. Basically nothing done.

We were looking for a place to bring our laundry. Based on the good reviews we decided to go to tropicana laundry. The woman is very friendly. In the reviews was mentioned it was 20K/kg, but we had to paid 25K/kg (found this a little bit strange). We could pick up our laundry the next day. It was fold up and packed in a bag, it seemed very nice. Unfortunately it wasn’t very clean. The t-shirts were average, the shorts smelled not very fresh and still had some stains in it. The underwear and socks were not clean at all and smelled. Would not recommend this place, especially not for underwear. Waste of money. I could have done it better myself with a small handwash.

Great experience using the laundry service here. Our 5 star resort had ridiculous prices for laundry so we walked down the road and used this place. The lady running the place was very sweet and appreciative of my business. She spoke English fluently. My clothes were dropped off around 5pm and were available for pickup 11am the next morning. They were cleaned well and nicely folded. I only paid 70K rupiah for a whole bag of clothes to be laundered! Highly recommend this service for anyone visiting Ubud!
