Shivaloka Soul Jewelry

I have been a very loyal customer for some years now since I really like their work. One of my necklaces got broke, the one costs 300-400€ and I went there to fix it. They charge me quite a lot. I understand they charge you if you are missing the pieces but if the string get break, which actually it should not when you are paying that much money, they should repair it free. Was very disappointed of the service they provided.

Ive been looking and reading about this shop for quiet sometimes, and i decided to buy one of their necklaces. I found out that they actually have a store in kuta, and glad i didn’t have to go to ubud. So, came to the store, staffs were friendly, ambience is amazing. Originally i was about to buy that hanuman thing, but suddenly my eyes were amazed how beautiful this ganesh durja (gold) necklace is. Its really long necklace, but i love it. The gold is not a real gold, they probably brush or polish it so as the time goes by the gold will be off. The connector between beads are very thin chain, i hope they are going to last at least 2 year (for 400+$). Anyway the necklace is amazing, kinda heavy and eye catching. Got a compliments from my colleagues during my time wearing this. If theres anything i could give a critic would be the connectors, need bigger and thicker of those.

So I became aware of Shivaloka from their YouTube videos on how to use a Mala and at first I was rubbed the wrong way a bit by an air of pretentiousness and certain way of doing things but on further reflection, one of my most influential teachers that has had the most lasting effect and impact on my life was a teacher that was very passionate about tradition and the right way of doing rituals. So over a few days, my mind kept coming back to ordering a Mala from Shivaloka. I placed an order and then sort of got nervous about placing an order from Bali and whether or not the company was legit, especially after I saw some of the comments on here... However! I received the Mala that I ordered today and it is beautiful! I’m in love and it feels lovely. The package came quicker than anticipated as well. Had a small delay in delivery because I wasn’t home the first attempt but fedex left a note for me to sign to give permission for them to leave it at the door. I love it and am excited to have this sacred jewelry to enhance my meditation practice. Thank you Shivaloka!

Would not fix my mala, was willing to pay good money to have repair, obviously not skilled craftsmen.. I walked about a block down the street and I found somebody else who repaired my Mala in the color that I decided and they did a absolutely beautiful job for only 30,000 Indonesian rupiah. I would not recommend this store to anybody who is looking to get their mala repaired.nnUnless you are looking to get one of their easy quick connect cheap malas repaired.. avoid the store at all costs.nnalso I have an authentic rudraksha Mala and in comparison to the beads in their store they are not authentic rudraksha beads.

Terrible service, money lost. Not only did the package arrive with the wrong items and with severely damaged packaging making gifting these items impossible, they have also received these items as a return and failed to process a refund. They have kept $200+ of my money and the items and are not responding to emails. Avoid, its just fraudulent and terrible service despite the connections reported to spirituality, values and integrity, this is not the case.
