Unprofessional salon for coloring. I came for natural looking highlights (i showed the hairdresser a photo to make myself clear), got home with my complete coupe bleached white/yellow. And due to bleeding I have stains. (they used a tissue to smear the leaked/bleeding color and made it even worse!) Does not look natural at all. They did not offer a solution in the first place, i had to ask for this myself. But even the solution (adding lowlights) made my hair worse (turned out the lowlights were even more lightning/bleaching) Stylist forgot to put me a cape on (the coloring product fell on my skirt) I had to spend 7 hours (!) in their salon (and had to cancel my other appointments) They've offered me 1 cup of coffee during the whole day. Very dissatisfied with this result. A big NO GO for coloring if you ask me. They did not offer any other reasonable solution and even wanted me to pay full for this. I've said: i'm happy to pay after they fix it. I asked to talk to the owner of the salon, but never got response on this. I have to find another hairsalon to fix my hair. Bad customer service (also bad english)

I got hair cut, but the service was so bad and it was empty no customer but the lady was on rush, the result was disappointed.
