Very bad, very disrespectful, it is not suitable that the person working to serve the general public (very rude) has filled in the wrong (between the first and pertalite) instead the customer snaps. If it is wrong, just say sorry. Even though I have said to fill in first. Dear I don't know the name of the male staff. This incident last night around 7an (4-3-21) if there is a chance I will not visit this Pertamina again.

Pertamina is the worst ever, my helmet which is in the seat of the motorbike has been flush with gasoline by the officers, let alone apologize, the officers actually hear grin, I hope you will quickly go bankrupt, boss

Employees let alone smile, not greetings at all and do not ask what and how many, male staff members with jewels in hand need to be educated on how to service and the public.
