Bought a jati bed that broke the first night someone slept on it, it turned out it wasn't jati wood they sold me... The owner is a liar do not buy here

I purchased a custom table from here in Sept 2017 and they delivered damaged goods 4 months later. As of August, 2018, I still have not received a refund and the company won't return my calls. They promised me a full refund in February, then June, then July. I have had to send a driver to the company just to get them to respond.nnI don't have any interest in damaging this business or accusing anyone of misdeeds or fraud. However, this has been the worst retail ordeal I have ever experienced. Her bank has even asked me to file a police report again accusing them of robbery.nnI hate to say it, but I would suggest avoiding this vendor at all costs.nnI will amend this post if I ever get my money back in full.

Very disappointed, I have been buying for a long time, saying I want to send it until now it hasn't been sent. And in the telephone there was no answer until now. Very disappointed when I bought it at a fantastic price.
