Don't waste your time at this salon. Staff are not attentive or professional. I needed my hair done badly and emailed them asking if I could make an appointment. After no one responded in 3 days I should have known to go elsewhere. Instead I walked there and spoke with the manager personally asking if I could make an appointment and explained thoroughly what I needed done. She said it wouldn't be a problem and to come back tomorrow. I came at my appointment time and spoke to my hairdresser who really didn't act or look like a hairdresser. I showed her photos of what I wanted done and she still appeared very confused. I wanted ombre highlights, a root touch up, and a cut btw. She then told me she can't do it and to go elsewhere. A giant waste of my time and I'm writing here so that you don't make the same mistake and waste a lot of your time too. Avoid this place!

It's terrible. I got decently and I can not believe how they can survive. I pay more than 300000. So I tell them it's not good and they repaired. Then as a result the same. I think nail artist is didn't get license. Not professional. Also so rude. When they repair me, they talk in Indonesian a lot. I'll never never try again there even free.

Just got my hair done here! Was great service. I got it bleached, it wouldn't go the typical bleached colour as my hair was pretty dark to begin with. So she told Me to come back the next day free of charge and she sorted it out for me..it's now blonde! Great service! They make sure you're 100% happy before you leave!!nGreat prices too.. I even got a free head massage!
