This is the first time I visit Sashi salon to get a haircut. Worst haircut i've ever had. They cut good 15cm of my hair and turned it into bob-mullet-layered sh*t. I showed the reference picture and the haircut that i got looks nothing like it. I complained and ask for fix-it haircut and they did it, but it turns out WORSE. I mean, left and right side of my hair is not in even length, they cut my hair SHORTER with the same bob-mullet-layer sh*t. My hair is beyond salvageable. I can't believe the haircut costs Rp.120.000 only to look ugly and miserable. I can't go outside without wearing a head cover because it is that BAD, and i don't have time to iron my hair everyday. I am so sad that i have to write this review, the place is great and the service was okay-ish. But the haircut i got in that price point, is disappointing and left me traumatic. I will NEVER ever go to this salon anymore.
