I checked the receipt on 29-07-20 the package has been at the Balongpanggang office until now it hasn't been delivered yet, it's been 5 days my package has settled

Delivery took a long time. Even more important and need it. The goods to be taken turned out to have been couriered. Then it didn't take long to arrive home until more than a week. I want to go to the office but I want to deliver it as soon as possible. Couriers are not friendly at all and never chat back.

The service is not satisfying if the private expedition if today they have to get to the house so they also deliver the night because they have to be on schedule, this is the location of the office and the house is only about 500 m clear address but do not want to find just asking via wa already told but still not informed sent because it was late afternoon, the next day was waited for the morning also did not come, what if it was food ??? The service is not satisfactory, it is very slow ... I sent a package from Pare to Balongpanggang and it has not been delivered to the recipient, even though the receipt receipt arrived at the post office from 31 January
