I really appreciate the IGD services at Sidoarjo Hospital, the service is quite good and alert for health workers and doctors ...nFor the patient's family, a waiting area is provided next to the ER, in the form of comfortable gazebos ..nEvery Friday there is free rice and fruit for the carers of the patient's family. I am very grateful.nHopefully the whole family of Sidoarjo Hospital will be given good health. And maintain excellent service ..

The service is bad ... I've been there twice and the medical members seem slow, for hospitality (hospitality) is pretty bad too, my god was very disappointed

I was 3 weeks ago in an accident and suffered a broken leg, the service was very slow which handled only 2 nurses and 1 doctor, while patients continued to arrive, and I still had to wait a bit longer. Then came a new patient in front of me with complaints of being bitten by a snake after being asked by his nurse, I saw the patient was not immediately treated and no action was taken. After about half an hour the patient received new treatment. The nurses are sorry and they are not very friendly in handling patients.

The security guard in front of ugd is too relaxed, what is the intention of working just sitting around with a cellphone toy, incidentally the patient who comes to igd is an emergency patient, and the security guard at the door just looks, asked the wheelchair the answer is not there but there is no initiative to help patients and families ... good nurses, okay doctors, the security guards ask for more !!!
