Avoid doing business with them. I rent a studio apartment for a year. There are a lot of issues with the unit owner, but this agent is always on the owner's side. I end up paying a lot of costs that are supposed to be paid by the unit owner:n- maintenance fee for the months that I haven't rented the unit yetn- access card replacement that was taken by previous rentern- cleaning fee because the owner deemed the unit 'unclean' during the end of the rentn- repair fee for the aircon because the owner think that it needs maintenance every month while I've just did a maintenance 2 months priorn- parking fee because my parking membership was cut off by the agent when I left the unit even though there are 2 weeks left in the contractn- almost being forced to pay insurance fee of the unit, but I refused since it's an optional third party stuff and the benefactor is the owner if something is to happen to the unit
