I appreciate good service they bring to customer as many other banks do. But the speed of teller section should be improved. Esp when it comes around 12 to 1 o'clock, they just open 1 teller's counter but the waiting line is somehow double and please make sure the security knows how to guide the customer. Last time i came here they were wrongly guide me to take up Customer Service line number instead of teller, after i complained they just realized giving me wrong number. Hopefully they could be better.

They're now located in the AKR Tower (near the toll exit, about 200 meters from their previous address).

Recently signed up for a Citibank and a BCA account - huge difference between the personnel, service and speed. Not worth the fees.
