The more here the performance of this delivery service is getting worse, every day I use this delivery service, it turns out that the day the service gets worse, several times my packages stray to different provinces even though my address is clear, especially idexpress MH JAKARTA, often sorting packages less carefully alias arbitrarily , the package was picked up together in the same minute but after, MH JAKARTA the package became separate, please improve the system and performance, especially in the package sorting section in MH JAKARTA, don't be as good as sending, my address is clear in West Java, why can I bring it to jaten ??? please improve performance at IDEXPRESS MH JAKARTA !!!!!!!!!
