Need a lot of improvementnnIts will be superb if the quequing only take than max 30min or in between 3/5 people. My experience changing class and ask about balance money of my payment is total wasting time. I see line of people seat and still there empty CS /PIC in line. Assign more PIC also when one taking off /breaktime people who are waiting still en care ofnnUnlike other institutions similar with this program, this place doesn't even gave drinks or any necessity that could make people line up comfortable while waiting.nnAll the CS and the securities is catered the people in good manner and knowledgeablennJust ask security to everything that you inquiring of.
