This is relatively a brand new fitness center or gym which provides new equipments. Everything’s fine. Good environment, people are nice and helpful for you to start your gym session (i believe they will help you if you never workout before). It’s near to my office, so that’s a big factor why I join this gym.

High quality fitness centre with very affordable membership cost (can choose between monthly membership or one time visit) recommend for person who seeking fat loss or gain weight program or even contest purpose.

The equipment is still new, the place is comfortable with air conditioning and a fan, it is quite spacious, there is a toilet seat too, parking space is available, those who play are friendly and have fun, for beginners you must come here, the problem is that they will be trained ma coach2 who is experienced, friendly pisan , taught how to do the correct movements during fitness, ask anything about the gym that can be good and will be given you know the tips .. who are still hesitant to make a gym because they are ashamed to be a beginner bet ?, or are confused about what to play in the gym? Just come here bro ..
