It is like the common fuel statuions in Kendari. Some of the officers are quite friendly ( but sometimes they give you service without any smile, it is bad).nWhen the customers are crowded they can not manage it properly, sometimes they just ignore a customer who cuts the line or make a new line which make the line turns to there where it suppossed to be only two lines.nIt has small field so there is only a little space to make a line.
