There is one security guard at Bank BNI UNDIP Pleburan who provides bad service. Be unfriendly to customers. Impressed like stubborn. I am younger than the security guard, but I deserve the same service as other customers. Because this is an agency, not a community organization. You work, you are a bank security officer, not a police officer who questions criminals.
