Do not ever take hospitalization here, nurse services and administration are super duper slow. We are fit to wait for the doctor from 12.00 to 19.00, after being allowed to go home by the doctor we have to wait for the administration process for 3 hours (22.00) ... All my life I have just found the hospital this late, sorry !!!

The service is super long, too convoluted, the 1st class room with the air conditioner is off, the heat feels like entering the sauna, the wall clock is awesome, the toilet is broken, the nurse complains that she is often called. Make cured of being treated here. Even though as an Islamic rs provide examples and good service please.

The service is very, very satisfying, very respectful of patients and their families, from security, nurses, registration bags, doctors to even the parking section, all are served very, very well, even though we are BPJS patients ..
