Thick pancake style that local calls as surabi. Toppings choice are vary. From savory to sweet. Not least the old style surabi, with plain taste of the pancake, poured with sweet syrup of melted palm sugar and a hint of coconut milk an a tiny kick of salt. The still adapt the old cooking style, with small clay pan on a flaming charcoal. Which gives better taste to the surabi. They also serve seafoods here. Choice of rice, etc. It's easy to notice this place as it's on the main road. And next to the university of ENHAII.
