new building, complete facilities King bed, hot water, air conditioning, carpark, wardrobe, tv and wifi but in cleaning the environment in front of the room or around the floor outside the room is rather not good.

The place is nice, clean, strategically close to the road, the security is friendly too ☺ufe0f cheap prices fit in the pocket, very comfortable recommend for those of you who are looking for a boarding house. Had to stay a few days with a daily room ... it was quite satisfying ... with that price the facilities were like a hotel ... besides cleanliness, security looked very tight ... on the TV side and there was also a securyti ... I gave 5 stars ...
