In celebration of the holy day is present all the civitas academica STAHN Gde Pudja Mataram, public figures and all students of Hindu elementary, junior and senior high school and students who are in the city of Mataram. nHari Raya Saraswati is a holy day for Hinduism. Saraswati is a feast day to worship Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa in its power to create Science. This feast is held every 6 months (210) days, ie on Saturday Umanis Wuku Watugunung done by worshiping Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa with readings and reflections of the literature. The power of Sang Hyang Widhi in this manifestation is symbolized by a Goddess carrying all his instruments by bringing musical instruments, genetics, sacred literature, lotus and sitting on a goose. Saraswati ceremony is very important in the life of Hindu society one of them is because in seeking science must be dedicated to Goddess Saraswati. Dedication to Goddess Saraswati can be interpreted as an understanding of the nature of the flowing knowledge. If a person understands the nature of it then he becomes Humble and Wise, so want to always learn and learn. Therefore, along with the increase of science, also increase awareness of the infinite knowledge.
