Poor english conversation expertise everywhere in Batam Island. Hotel service was moderately satisfactory. None of hotel authority & receptionist don't understand english which was an ultimate disaster. Local people were friendly enough.

My stay was pretty bad. It began with being unable to contact the hotel via agoda booking app which i need to contact via facebook to inform on my late check in. However, the administrator handling it left me hanging and did not respond to my queries. Then it is followed by changing of rooms upon arrival. First room was due to the strong smoking smell and second was due to the toilet being unable to flush and the last one the room keys had quite a bit of problem which i need to get a change of keys. I also felt cheated when the first staff change the rooms for me telling me it is a non-smoking room but when i went down to change the room again because of the flushing problem, another staff told me that the whole hotel consist of smoking rooms only. This means that either one of them lied to me. To add on, the bed sheets were greyish with multiple stains and the towels were greyish too. Also, there were rust in the toilets and corners of the toilet are yellowish. Staff were unfriendly too and we had to change room twice with the last one with some keys issues and we had to run up and down, wasting plenty of our time. The breakfast was also inadequate where there isnt any bread, as it ran out and only plain noodles and plain white rice.

This hotel is very near with Nagoya which you can find lots of food, snacks, convenient store and massage/spa nearby. Spacious room and bathroom, easy to reach and spot on if you are already around. They also have very friendly staff. ud83dudc4dud83cudffbud83dudc4dud83cudffb

Quite good,clean enough,good location in nagoya which is you can find lots of stores and restaurant
