The hotel is good. Wifi is good. Large room and nice too. Easy to find food around it. Swimming pool depth is around 1.5 m, it is fine for my kids. However, the concern on hotwater in the bathroom,

Poor housekeeping, bad bathroom drainage system, stinking rooms, worst breakfast, overcrowded pool, low trained staff. Horrible experience.

Great service. The hotel staff are attentive and provide great service. They are polite and clear. The breakfast has a wide selection of foods and there is a pool and karaoke bar. Room service is 24 HR.nnYou can visit the Golden Prawn restuarant for seafood dinner just 5 mins walk from the hotel. Same boss /franchise. The food is good but abit expensive than shopping mall seafood fare.nnI stayed in the Deluxe room with a sea view. It is clean and tidy. The fridge is in excellent condition. Room made up is fast. I left my room at 7am and 9am I came back, the room is clean with nice bedsheets. The bed is very soft. I have a good rest. 3 pin plug for phone charging.nnCons : a distance away from the city / downtown. But they have free hotel shuttle bus to Nagoya Hill mall & BCS mall.
