Sky Tower

Well this was not the first time up to the Sky Tower, but it was the first time to celebrate a milestone event. With that in mind, the bar tender to the waiters were simply fantastic--hats off to the friendly genuine service! The drinks were great, but the dinner was spectacular garnished top of the class and the service again was impeccable. Highly recommend. And to go without expectation--you'll get more out of the evening.

Located in the center of Auckland city. You get to experience stunning views of the city. Panoramic views of the city and the north shore over the harbour bridge. If you need something adventures or experience some thrill, you can go on bungee jumping. There are plenty of cafes and entertainment around the sky tower. Love the lighting decors during the night. I recommend everyone to get up there and enjoy the views if you are around the area.

So special. Our waiter was lovely, friendly & approachable. Nothing was too difficult for him. The food, as you would expect, was wonderful. No rush and the view? Well we were so lucky to see the sun set over Auckland, breathtaking. I would definitely return.

Great way to understand the Auckland topography and different locations to visit, distances and get a first orientation of the city.nEntrance fee is reasonable at 32 NZ Dollars with no time limitation.nThere are two observation levels, on the 51st floor and on level 60, with 30m difference, the highest being at 220 meters above ground.

Definitely recommend viewing at night with awesome view and no queues. Only downfall was that the cafe at the top was closed as they had a private function on. Having been to the cafe on previous visits, I was wanting to take my friend from overseas there. But wasn't the end of the world as the view was the main reason we went up the tower and we weren't dissapointed.
