I’ve avoided writing this review because all the staff were really lovely but I’m left feeling really disappointed with my £29 Hygiene inc Scale & Polish.nnMy teeth aren’t in poor condition and they’re quite white, but I do have some stains in between some teeth, (not excessive) noticeable in some areas. The hygiene, scale and polish felt rushed and lasted a short time.nnI returned home and looked at my teeth and noticed areas that had not been cleaned, visible stains left which should have been easily removed with some care and attention.nnI’m disappointed as I’m going to have to pay again to have them cleaned properly. Maybe this is why the prices are cheap?

Had trouble getting a dentist but gentle dental managed to fit me straight away, I'm very nervous when it come to the dentist, but they were amazing at calming my nerves and explaining what will happen, fully recommend to anyone ! 5 stars isn't enough !

MADE MY TEETH WORSE.nnI've never left a review but couldn't not in this case.nnWent to them with a simple issue and now need more dental work to resolve their mistakes...nnBack story: so have had braces for a third of my life - two sets of train tracks, thousands of pounds later, a lot of time, appointments and pain I'm finally happy and confident with my teeth. (well was) You do have to retain them to keep them nice all your life.nnUnfortunately I'm away from my usual dentist in Devon and chose gentle dental to do that work.nnI requested a fitted retainer to which I was only recommended and offered two different types of plastic removable retainers - I asked what would be the strongest and chose to go with their recommendation When returning for the mould they advised the price they quoted was wrong and it would be at least another £100 to get the retainer ''I wanted'' ( they wanted me to have) instead of honouring the original price quoted I was forced to choose the other option as I couldn't afford it. (this was the week before xmas) and they also wanted me to have a filling costing £90 as well.nnI was really anxious after all the work Ive had done that my teeth would move in the duration the retainer would be made and requested they let me know as soon as it arrived, which they promised they would do. I chased this up on multiple occasions over the following two weeks... only to find out it had arrived a couple days before my next appointment and they didnt let me know - to say I'm frustrated at this point is an understatementnnOn top of this Im now using the retainer they made and my teeth have STILL shifted, so its not strong enough? undoing the dental work ive already done. This was what I was avoiding happening by going there in the first place. Ive complained and they have done almost nothing to make this better apart from attempting to call in the hours i have already advised multiple times that I work during.nnI'm likely to need to have braces again if I am to be happy and confident with my smile, although at this point im not sure its an option having them already twice -really dont want to lose all my teeth?nnI am deeply upset and distressed that they have undone all the work i've had done and am anxious to go back to a dentist againnnDO NOT GO HERE.

I had called every practice in the area and had either no response or lots of No's! Called this dentist and even though I have not been seen at theirs before they gave me great advice on the phone and said they could see me as soon as tomorrow. I have to say the service from this practice was top notch. Thank you
