Raja Ampat Biz

Found this tour company while I was googling for a tour package to Raja Ampat for our honeymoon trip. There were a few tour companies but I decided to write to this company and enquire about the tour package as from their list of activities it seems like they are well organized and reliable.nThey are very responsive and reasonable. They checked what was required from the trip and gave us the price based on that. They even sent us a message reminder to us reminding us about the trip nearer the date.nThroughout the trip, we were very impressed. They are very on time and everything was well managed, making our trip pleasant.nOn the last 3 days, the company has been kind enough to upgrade our stay to a resort instead of the city hotel which was in our original package.nOverall, it was a pleasant experience! Well recommend this tour company.

Beautiful place and view, all the tourist destination worth to try, many fish n beautiful corals, helpful tour guide and friendly, we definitely wanna back for snorkeling but I will choose another resort, make sure your air conditioning in your resort work because mine just work at night unfortunately

Avoid.nnDespite asking to focus on animals and birds the tour spent most of its time taking us to inane photo opportunities, if you want a taste look at the photos on the page.nnWe requested to include birds of paradise. This was included after some faff, but the charge was ludicrous, 100 dollars when we established that the guide was paid 10 and there were no other costs. We paid this via transfer, but when the money did not immediately come we received a series of threatening emails. Finally, I had to block the company's email address.nnIn addition the guides were completely lacking in application, effort, language skills, knowledge and interest. 2 example. sums this up: whilst hunting for birds of paradise in the jungle one of them kept playing a loud game on his phone and would not turn it off.nnThey were less guides and more like moody teenagers we were dragging around with us.nnAvoid. Worst tour company I have been with in 20 years.
