Bad service, lack of informations and solutions and late delivery.

Poor service. Pick-up delayed, courier cancelled and didn't reschedule for other courier to pick-up. I got complaint from my customer. Driver always ask detail of my shop address even though it's already written clearly in shopee. I will turn-off Ninja Express from my shop and will not recommend until you fix all these problems.

The worst expedition, they dont contact the number that given in parcel but they say they dont meet anyone in parcel's destination.
