Please read. Luxurious apartment with aesthetic interior. Nice swimming pool. Can handle a lot of cars due to many levels of parking lots.nBut functionally and practically bad.n1. Ojol cannot just leave your food order at the lobby, you have to meet them real time, during this pandemic. What a bad policy.n2. You want to install internet? Get a paper, email the management, so on and so on. It takes too much time and effort, besides its ridiculously expensive internet rate.n3. You want to subscribe for monthly parking? Get a paper and do the above.nIf you have work or errands, this place is not suitable for living. Just find some other apartments, with the same price, you can get better options which location is also more in the convenient.

Spacious lobbies and corridors. Finishing and furnishing look good.nPool has limited space as it is located on elevated floor. Ground floor area is mostly car access and parking area with limited green

Nice place, view, and location. Many units are rented daily or monthly by third party organisations.

Stayed here for a long time. Nice apartment and a very high-end apartment. Strategic location (it's really in the middle of Jakarta) and a lot of good foods as well.
