Great Hotel. Because of covid 19 now so empty , so sad.

The best hotel in the world, that’s what they claim they are. For me, this tagline isn’t necessarily true. The high quality products that this hotel offer, won’t bring this property as the best one straight away. But The service excellence it provided, that will distinguish one to another, instead. I didn’t think they provided the best best service they could do, it might because the peak-season period when I stay, which should haven’t become an excuse anyway. The service in restaurant wasn’t very satisfying, far from the claim they are really proud of. However, they had very nice and various food in the breakfast buffet. Given the 5 star diamond title that this hotel is entitled with, and the high price, my experience was just “not bad”. Will i come to this hotel in another occasion? Yes for dining, no for staying.

I had a lunch at The Cafe. The ambience is amazing, the food is so good as well. You would be thrilled by the food variety. The service is wow. If you come with your loved ones, it's great. Ciao...

very nice hotel, would suggest to place their Xray scanner on the right place of entrance for more security and visible for the guests..

Excellent service for meeting. The staffs are professional and very helpful. You get the best service, amenities, and food for the price.
