Best gym in JAKARTA if you want to get fit overall.nBuild habits, discipline and consistency with them. I have been working out now regularly for 3 months now.nDo the #empire8weekschallenge with them, that's the best one.

Went to Empire Fit a week ago, the facility is extensive & the views are amazing! It made the workout so much more enjoyable. The coach was very accommodating as well, he guided my friends (who were new to weightlifting) extremely patiently and scaled their movements accordingly. They enjoyed the session very much too. Will be back for sure!

really recommended for gym and bootcamp class! They had many types of fun workout and really supporting each other! It is inside GBK area so you can do jog and have a cup of coffee after the class!

I seriously have no words to describe how amazing this place is. I lived in Bali for 3 months and the last morning I was there, the first thing I did was go to the gym and say goodbye to everyone, that's how much it felt like home for me!nnThe place is amazing, the sunsets are gorgeous (check their instagram), the coaches are very friendly, professional and educated on fitness. The other members working out there are just as lovely which is also what brings a 'family' vibe at the gym!nn100% recommend it, can't wait to be back there!nnOH and you can bring your dog with you! ud83dude0d

This place is all the hype, but teaching all the wrong things. I went to Empire Jakarta and took a few classes. Injured myself the last time due to wrong training from the coach (I asked my PT, he told me what the coach was telling me to do is wrong and that’s why I was injured). Even more horrified when I realised the coach isn’t certified to train a Strength & Conditioning Class. Not coming again.nnEmpire, you are dealing with people's body, take this issue seriously. Don't just hire anyone as a coach to hype up the place.
