My first experience in Jakarta couldn't have been any better. Even with 5 day quarantine the entire staff from management to maintenance were absolutely perfect. Everyone working here is kind and pleasant. Always trying their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. A young man named Rivaldo was especially helpful and charismatic. 3 star Hotel rooms are more or less the same anywhere you go, what set Ibis apart was the staff. Charming and always smiling and helpful.nI WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS. BOOK YOUR ROOM WITH CONFIDENCE!!!❤

I had my quarantine here. The room is the basic basic room. The bathroom door cannot be closed, the hair dryer cable is exposed. I hope they only do this because we are there for the quarantine. But I think they should still do a better job providing services.

The building is pretty old, yet the service of the all staff there is excellent. They're all humble and helpful. Recommended hotel to stay at.

Very basic hotel n breakfast...but got swimming pool..n small gym..very goodud83dude00ud83dude00ud83dude03ud83dude0eud83dude0eud83dude0e❤❤❤

They pretend credit card machine does not work, and then send customers outside with driver, to get cash only, from public access atm machine, when supposed to be in Qaurantine... Work that out... no room cleaning or fresh towels, toiletries etc for the full quarantine stay. Wont go back ever. And no official reciept for the stay.
