Service to guests is very bad. There is no ethics when serving guests. The receptionist doesn't work / often pulls out. There is no breakfast / if you want breakfast you have to pay 20 thousand. Very very unfit for habitation. There is no high price for the quality.

Comfortable. Relieved room. There is warm water and can have breakfast. However, some paint is moldy. Unfortunately employees don't wear uniforms.
