Good service, for the receptionist giving more thumbs. It is a bit difficult to find out the office, due to google map giving direction through left side of ATR BPN Muara Bungo. Actually it is should be turn right on this spot when google said leftside. This is the first time and good impression, yet unfortunately the system was not working, will come again to this place.

Nice and friendlynUnfortunately, the service is quite long, maybe there are immigration procedures that require the process not to be rushed. (For example there is a concern that someone could potentially commit acts of violation in another country)nApart from that, in general the service is satisfying, when 4 of us as a family finished processing passports in one day.nThe important thing is we come according to schedule, don't come too late because the questions asked by the officers can be so many that you are tired ud83dude02

Plans to make Mother's Umrah Passport.nAlhamdulillah, now there is no need to go to Jambi anymore.nHopefully it goes well.nBut you have to register online first.
