I am very disappointed with the service provided by this hotel. When I arrived at this hotel, suddenly the receptionist informed me that the room I booked had run out and no compensation was given to me. It's a shame if this happens again. Hopefully this hotel management can be improved, so that guests who come are not disappointed.
