The facilities and services are satisfactory, but what makes it unsatisfactory is that the price is too high so that the middle to lower class is less able to pay so that they think twice about getting treatment. So the solution is to reduce the cost so that the middle and lower class can experience regular and routine treatment, especially during a pandemic like this, eating is difficult, on the other hand, they also want cupping or gurah treatment, but are constrained by the same cost.
