I was trying to fix my phone, since it's battery seems broken alreadynIt's not even 6 months usage yetnWhen i came to this service centernSomething really suprised menThe customer service said, i need to change my battery and i need to make payment atleast for 500.000 IDRnMeanwhile the warranty still activenThey not even bothered to asked me, wether i still have the warranty or notnAnd then i decided not to changed it here, and went to Surabaya service center, and they said i need to changed my battery and they didn't asked me for any single penny due to my warranty still active
