Visitor Information Centre Kuching

The two ladies were very friendly and helpful. They provided lots of information about national parks, suggested tour companies, and made phone calls to check on the current flowering of the rafflesia plants in the rainforest. Would recommend.

A lot of tour info. Some printed materials are available free of charges. The staffs friendly and halpful.

Not the best Information centre. Too often you are told, no buses so you must take Grab or a taxi. Not informative and the naps aren't particularly good either.

I,ve been twice in Kuching visitor center. Both times i met same lady. She was very arogant and unfriedly with very poor knowledge of Sarawak region.

A very incompetent agency with no updated information about National Parks. We went there to ask about the possibility of camping in Bako and the lady working there told us that it was possible. Now, we are at the entrance of the park and we learnt that we can' t go there for camping as the campsite has been closed down for a year!!!!!!! For a YEAAAAR!!!! No comments!!!
