Came here as a drop in and was shocked to learn of the 48rm fee for drop ins...nReally not impressed and the gym is marketed as premium but this is just a standard gym and not worth the money..Avoid!

Horrible experience. The gym is not bad inside, not the best but acceptable machines and wide spaces. But the attention is very bad and the price is too big. I wanted to try a day for free before deciding to join in, but they told me it was not possible. I was not sure if I was going to be in Kuching 10 dias 0r a month so I asked for a bit of flexibility... not possible. Every thing I asked was not possible. IM finally going to stay more time in Kuching but with such a high price and not given any facilities to new clients they show the type of respect they have for the clients. 3 colleagues from work have asked me if they should join the gym and I' ve already told them to look for another gym.

Friendly staff, great equipment, great class timetable. I had a week's membership when visiting from the UK and loved the place.

Professional cleaning staff and equipment. But nasty nasty hidden fee. I had to leave Kuching abruptly and didn't realise you had to cancel in advance. Ended up with a horrible surprise half a year later when they sent a letter out of the blue. Tried to explain my circumstances to them but they threatened my credit rating so I had to pay RM400 even though I had not been there in months. Was planning on rejoining the gym when I went back to Kuching but after this incident it has left a bad taste in my mouth and I don't think I will return if this is how they treat faithful customers.
