Tourist attraction in the section of the Petangis Community Forest Park. Featuring a natural atmosphere that is still very beautiful with lush trees that add freshness. Lake water still looks clean and clear. Based on information from BLH, the water in the lake has a neutral PH of 7, so this lake water can be used as a source of drinking water. Here tourists are still allowed to fish.

Lake Petangis is located in the Lati Petangis Forest Park area, this area is a coal ex-mining area which was later reclaimed. And the latest condition in February 2019, the opening area is closed with trees replanted so that the damage can be repaired and the function of the forest as a source of oxygen and water can come back again.

It's a long way away, but the scenery is good and it's quite fun to take the kids there but must always be watched
