the place is clean and beautiful to be used as a contemporary photo spot and also in this Canang monument we can marathon and jog, especially in the afternoon and on Saturday night when people are busy visiting, it's just that there is a small pool under the canang monument, maybe not so much maintained. inside if it is maintained and given ornamental fish it will be cooler it seems

Canang Monument is a symbol to convey the movement of change. The initial purpose of the construction of this monument is to beautify the face of the city but because of its beautiful shape this open area is also a means of recreation. With this development the community can enjoy a different view from the previous one. Many people are enthusiastic about this monument, which is facilitated by a playground, rest area, food court and other facilities.nCanang or Bende is a kind of small gong that can be found in almost the entire archipelago, from Sumatra to Maluku and Papua. In the past, Canang was usually used to provide a sign for the community to gather in the square regarding information from the authorities, to accompany the arrival of the king or the ruler to the area, or to mark a public party. Nowadays, canang is usually used to signify a crowd like a monkey mask or other people's party
