Potawatomi Carter Casino Hotel

I traveled about a 150 mile radius on my motorcycle to visit all the area casinos. Potawatomi Carter is the best overall casino experience because:n1) They have a great COMP program . . .people drive great distances to come here and they reward itn3) They have many promotions. . .I won a fortune cookie drawing this past March for $1000n2) Their machines are just as fair as anyone's in the state, yesterday I won a grand jackpot beating 60 cents for over $2500n3) Carter is located in some of the most beautiful land in Wisconsin. . .it is a relaxing driven4) The employees at Carter are friendlyn5) There are a lot of nice shops and restaurants on the drive. . .and I'm sure the area businesses would appreciate a visit as they are hurting also with the pandemicn6) Talking pandemic Potawatomi Carter are taking all necessary precautions to keep their players and employees safennExcellent Job Potawatomi Carter! :-)

Nothing changed since my last review 8 months ago. Machines still tight. If you get a gift promotion, don't plan on gambling. You can't win with your card. I literally went thru $100 betting $1.36 with no bonus or free spins! That is terrible. I use to cone up all the time but they cut back on offers so I would rather go elsewhere. It's a shame....so much potential here.

Good but one things that I didn't like that one of your employees yell at my husband to put mask on. He just pull mask down to explain to me cuz I'm deaf and read lip. My husband try to explain to him but he kept yell at him till I show him my mask said. I'm deaf. He have listen to consumers first before start yelling. My friends thought that was rude for what your employees did to my husband.nOtherwise everything is good.nYou may want to tell your employees not to yell. Check first before to judge.nThank you. I just stayed at the casino hotel this past Saturday night and had one of the worst experiences ever at a hotel/casino. I was with a group of 53 people that had reservations well in advance of our stay. Check in for our group took well over 1 1/2 hours - totally unacceptable. After check-in the mask police were literally driving our entire group crazy. We were treated like we were definitely not wanted at the hotel. None of the 53 will ever stay at this casino/hotel again and we will definitely be spreading the word on how rudely we were all treated.

New c-store. Insanely clean. Prices high but normal for the area. C-store employees helpful and knowledgeable. Didn't stop for casino or hotel so no opinions about them.
