I visited Meadow Physiotherapy with neck pain. After consultation and assessment, the therapist helped giving me good advice about my posture and changing my sleeping pillow. After changing the pillows and doing the stretches the therapist gave me, I feel much better now. Thank you, Meadow Physiotherapy!

I went to Meadow Physiotherapy because I had been having a lot of neck pain, which was causing frequent headaches. Mr. Tang and Ms. Tneh were both very professional and kind; Mr. Tang outlined the issues that were causing the pain and prepared a treatment plan targeted at helping me resolve these problems. After 3 sessions so far, I am already seeing improvements and will be continuing my treatment for a few weeks. Overall, I would definitely recommend coming here for physiotherapy treatments!
